Qorvo QPF4288 Wi-Fi Front End Modules (FEM)
Qorvo QPF4288 Wi-Fi Front End Modules (FEM) are integrated FEMs that are designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. These modules offer a compact form factor and integrated matching that minimizes the layout area in the application. The QPF4288 modules optimize the Power Amplifier (PA) for a 5V supply voltage that conserves the power consumption. These modules come with a DC power detector that provides voltage output and an RF power detector with an RF output from a directional coupler. The QPF4288 module includes a 2.4GHz PA, regulator, Single Pole Two Throw Switch (SP2T), bypassable Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), and a coupler. Typical applications include access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premise equipment, and IoT.
